Salon Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. When you cancel or don’t show up, it directly affects our small business — not only do we lose that appointment time, but it’s often too late to offer it to someone else.

To be fair to all clients and to keep the salon running smoothly:
• 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel, reschedule, or make any changes to your appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of  the total service cost.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the total service cost.
• Card details are required to secure all bookings.
I completely understand that life happens, and emergencies do come up — but please keep in mind that last-minute changes have a real impact. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Please arrive on time & alone to your appointment. To keep the salon calm, relaxing & enjoyable for everyone, babies & children are not permitted to wait in the salon during client appointments. Thank you for understanding.
