How to use:
Add to your diffuser or oil burner, burn in your bedroom or relaxation area. Never pour essential oils direct or undiluted in water or to your skin: mix a few drops of essential oil in a base oil, whole milk or cream, and add it to bath water, or a shower gel. 5 to 10 drops of essential oil are sufficient per 10ml of base oil.
